Starters
- Sashimi of salmon with pickled red ginger and wasabi
- Marinated scallops with seaweed salad
- Parfait of green asparagus aceto balsamic reduction
- Chopped veal tartare with spring leaves and truffle pearls
- Potato - carrot espuma with cheddar and crispy pancetta
Soups
- Capuccino of watercress with herb croutons
- Oxtail consommé with root vegetables and ricotta ravioli
Main Courses
- John Dory with tomato - pepper salsa and jasmine rice
- Roasted rabbit filet curled pancetta with carrot puree and green asparagus
- Baby chicken with sage, mashed potatoes and confit baby leeks
- Lime risotto with grilled octopus and spring leaves
- Sous vide pork tenderloin, potatoes au gratin and baby spinach
Desserts
- Fruit cake with strawberry mousse and lemon sorbet
- Sticky Toffee pudding, vanilla ice cream and strawberry salad
